I'm a banana.

I've been getting into a lot of crafts lately, something I attribute to getting older, knowing myself better, and wanting to be productive with my free time. I love making things for people I care about and most of my crafting plans revolve around making things for others, instead of myself. That's not to say I don't have a LONG list of things to make for myself :)

I have 3 loves in my life. First and foremost, my boyfriend Eric, who has stood by me for over 6 years. He is the treasure of my life.

My second love is our Boston terriers Marshall and Leroy, who have their own blog here http://dulcinea.typepad.com/sassy_puppy/. ;) They are my babies.

My third love is yarn. I could bankrupt myself buying yarn. I never leave a craft store without yarn of some kind, even when I try really hard not to buy. Fortunately, I'm starting to turn my huge stash of yarn into FOs.

Eric and I live in Houston, Texas. We are not into country music, trailer parks, Southern religious zealotry, anti-intellectualism, homophobia, ethnocenticism, or pickup trucks bigger than our house, so we choose our friends very carefully, hehe.
